Jessica Bonney, VICA

Jessica Bonney is VICA's Manager of Training and Education, one of the largest regional construction associations in Canada with more than 500 members. Education is a key pillar for VICA, with 150+ regular courses, a major annual conference, and bespoke training courses for members.


Jessica is responsible for the development and delivery of all of this. She works directly with member companies to map out a training plan for their staff, collaborates with training instructors to update or create new courses that reflect the evolving needs of the industry, works on outreach initiatives to increase the number of companies taking advantage of their education offerings, and collates and analyzes industry and member data to ensure they're delivering the best education opportunities.

Jeff Horne, Wicket

Jeff Horne is the Co-Founder & CEO of Wicket, the world's first Member Data Platform that is transforming how associations manage and connect their membership data. Jeff has worked in technology with nonprofits and associations for over two decades, with deep experience in data management, membership, software development, and APIs.


Jeff speaks regularly on topics including the adoption of digital ecosystems for associations, ecommerce, integrations and is an outspoken voice in the sector for the modernization of business processes through technology.

Jason Vincent, Arlo

Jason Vincent is the Head of Customer Experience at Arlo Software. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Jason has been helping training providers reduce administration and grow revenue for 6+ years. Coming from a technology background, Jason has the innate ability to understand complex customer problems and find the perfect software stack to suit their needs.
